Cette situation soulève la problématique du processus de brassage entre les éléments armés venus de divers horizons.

Now,let me respond to the question. It is pointless to say "yes" or "no" without saying why yes or no. The two armies must be unified if the soldiers of the other army are congolese.Because Congo belongs to all congolese. We failed to defeat them because were are weak. I think that Congo must accept to host an American military base.It will help us economically and militarly.Once the Congolese army is well trained and equipped,no border country will try to mess with us again.

Il est evident que ce qu'on appelle "brassage" et "mixage" sont des theories defendables. Le probleme pour la RDC est qu'il y a toujours une distance remarquable entre la theorie et la pratique. Il y a "brassage" entre qui et qui? Les Americains forment des troupes rwandaises a Kibuye (Rwanda) et a Idjwi (RDC), puis les envoient au sieur Nkunda pour defaire la pauvre armee naissante et mal entrainee de la RDC. Apres avoir defaite celle-ci, Nkunda envoit ces soldats rwandais, de formation US, aux centres de mixage. N'y a-t-il pas suicide ici? Le congolais ne peut-il pas apprendre des lecons de l'experience des autres pays? Quand le FPR de Kagame a negocie la paix avec le gouvernement Habyarimana, ce dernier a accepte qu'un contingent du FPR soit base a Kigali pour soi-disant proteger ses leaders politiques pendant la transition. Lorsque les massacres interethniques ou intertribaux ont eclate, ce sont les troupes du FPR basees a Kigali qui ont frappe dur l'armee gouvernementale. Le reste fait partie de l'histoire maintenant.
Le brassage indique une fois de plus la legerete avec laquelle les politiciens congolais, depuis 1960, se sont occupes de la securite nationale, au point que 90% d'entre eux ont trahi la nation et meritent un jugement severe.

I alraedy said that if those soldiers are congolese they must be incorporated in the congolese national army simply because they are congolese. If you do not want to incorporate them, then fight, disband , and crush them as they do to rebels.To overcome an inside or outside rebellion , you have to have an strong army backed by the entire population. Today, Congo is lacking these two elements. Remember my friend, we are back in the cold war.with this one difference: China has taken the place of the Soviet Union to challenge the USA. It is all on you Gikunja, decide with whom are you going to build the Congolese army, China or the USA?
Unless we build a strong army, we always will be at the mercy of the opportunist border countries.

Un intervenant insiste sur le conditionel: "si ces soldats brasses" sont congolais, l'operation brassage doit etre entreprise. Les Francais disent qu'avec "Si" on peut placer tout Paris dans une bouteille. Cet intervenant refuse donc de lire l'histoire immediate de la RDC. Les armees qui ont attaque et mit le pays a feu et a sang en 1996 et 1998 se disaient congolaises. Leur chef d'Etat major se disait aussi congolais, et les politiciens sont partis a Sun City en RSA avec les premises que tous ces groupes etaient congolais de sang. Aujourd'hui le meme chef d'Etat major "congolais" est devenu le chef d'Etat major des forces armees du rwanda. N'y a-t-il pas une lecon a tirer de ce cas flagrant? L'intervenant en question devrait nous fixer sur la methode a suivre pour verifier si ces soldats mixes sont soit congolais, soit rwandais,soit erythreens, somaliens ou ugandais. Il est demontre que toutes ces nationalites operent, et dans l'armee rwandaise et dans le groupe Nkunda. Quelle est sa methodologie de depistage, car sans demarcage le brassage est un suicide pur et simple.Dans son interview a une radio kinoise, Laurent Nkunda a affirme que le brassage profite a son groupe et a ses objectifs. L'intervenant peut-il analyser cette declaration a l'intention du congolais moyen qui y perd son latin?

Congolese or not, they are there and we have to deal with them. Let assume that they are not Congolese. Then, how are you going to kick them out of the country when you do not have a strong and disciplined army? If we
are not strong enough to fight them, then we have to hire men from green water or yellow water not black water(because they are already hired ) to do the job. Matters of fact, many mining companies operating in the East of Congo have their own gangs for protection and security. Those rebels do not mess with them.

Justice will not fall from the sky. On the contrary, it must be seeking hardly. People must cry, claim, and protest for justice before they get it. Until we become thirsty, hungry, and ready to die for justice, we will not have it.
I will close with another quote of Frederick Douglass, but do not take me wrong in this one : “ I prayed for twenty years but received no answer until I prayed with my legs”.
