I like Hillary's message not just to the government of Congo but to also the people of Congo. Because it takes 2 to make dictatorship work. To me it seems like OBAMA administration has a plan for Congo. The visit of Hillary to me seems like it was a gauging process for implementation phase. It was unusual to see Hillary speak up her mind before even meeting Kabila. Was she trying to getting Kabila cancel his plan to meet her? Or was she just trying to be hersef? I cannot imagine Hillary doing such thing in China... Chinese would just tell her "Yanky go home".
Any way I agree with what Hillary said because she just said the truth. Congolese are dying slowly while sitting on wealth and the same time watching it go by.
Hillary said exactly what CongoForum stands for. Should CongoForum see itself having an ally in Washington? Time will tell.
